The Springfield-Greene County Library Bookmobile is a state-of-the-art
“Library on Wheels” that delivers books for all ages, including
best sellers and large print books. The Bookmobile is a project
of the Outreach Services Department.
The vehicle makes scheduled stops to locations throughout Springfield
and in Greene County. Patrons of the Bookmobile may request delivery
of materials from other branch libraries and return materials checked
out at other libraries. Patrons may also register
to vote on the bookmobile.
The Library also offers free delivery of library materials to the
home bound, called Walking Books.
